Examples of Affected Offices:

• BIA Offices: DOGE has marked for termination leases for six BIA offices across Oklahoma, Utah, and Arizona. 

• IHS Offices: DOGE has also marked for termination leases for four IHS offices in New Mexico, Minnesota, California, and Oklahoma. 

• Other Offices: DOGE has also marked one National Indian Gaming Commission (NIGC) lease for termination. 

NCAI (National Congress of the American Indian) and a coalition of national Native advocacy organizations, sent this letter to DOGE in an attempt to cut down on the negative impact of the Trump administrations cuts.
